Michael Kongo
My name is Michael Kongo, and I am from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo). I hold a master's degree in Management from Wits Business School in South Africa. Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in emotional intelligence. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am a lecturer at the Congolese German Center of Microfinance, where I specialize in teaching cross-cultural management and business strategy. I also work as a consultant for the World Bank through the PADPME program, providing training for PMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, and various other African countries. I have had the privilege of acquiring valuable knowledge and skills through platforms such as Digiface. One aspect that has particularly captured my interest is podcasting. This experience has allowed me to delve into the world of video filming and editing, enriching my skill set significantly over the past two years. I am passionate about continuously expanding my expertise and contributing to the development of businesses and individuals in the field of management and emotional intelligence.
