Mr. Juma Mugaya
Juma Mugaya is a DAAD,CERM-ESA Masters scholarship holder at Moi University Kenya. He graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree from Makerere University Kampala with a bias in Literature and English. He is a teacher and has enjoyed the opportunity to pass knowledge on to the young souls in his lessons. He is also experienced in the evaluation and assessment of high school competencies.

Slogan about myself
As a researcher, Juma intends to investigate the Learner centered approaches used in the teaching of English Language to lower secondary learners and the relationship that exists between them and learners performance in Kayunga District. Given that there's almost no research that exists on such a phenomenon and especially to point out the underlying factors behind the poor performance in the medium of instruction (English Language) Juma wants to be part of a solution rather than lament about this problem. He thinks, something is wrong with instruction.
